Chloe Ting's "Intense Abs Workout Routine-10 Mins Flat Stomach" Exercise has over 11 million views in just over a year. Her most popular video, and the one that inspired the #chloetingchallenge hashtag on TikTok, is her Get Abs in Two Weeks ” video which has 110 million views, followed by her Do This Everyday to Lose Weight ” video, which has been seen by 46 million people.

Fortunately, after the first days, everything starts to become easier and that's an easy way to tell I am getting stronger. If you're anything like me, your weekly fitness classes are a huge part of your routine. Instead of doing the two week ab workout by Chloe Ting, I decided to do her 25 day ab and booty workout so I could target more areas of my body.

Chloe Ting makes it really easy to find which videos to watch on which day, so I liked the organization of it all. I'm sure if you have any form of social media, you've seen girls posting their abs they got in only two weeks. While a resistance or theraband is not necessary, this workout accessory does make things a little more exciting (a lot more intense).

I have also meticulously scoured through all of the videos on YouTube to get an understanding of the workouts included. For those that have injuries, or are just starting out, these retro-looking workout videos are low impact and focus on walking , with strength training exercises waist training added to it by way of a resistance band.

I started this exercise video routine on July 13, 2017, and ended it on August 17, 2017. This is worth mentioning, because what you're putting into your body can really escalate or dampen the benefits of your workout regimen. Each workout lasts for 30 seconds, with four 30 second rest every four your body and try to keep up with Holly as much as you can and reap the rewards after a week.
